Mobile home owners are well represented in the Chula Vista Civic Association.

The Chula Vista Mobile Home Owners Committee is co-Chaired by association Boardmembers Penny Vaughn and Alicia McGinnis



Boardmember Penny Vaughn, also serves as a representative on the City of Chula Vista Mobile Home Working Group and reports to the association's Board of Directors and membership.
